Sarah Fletcher is a highly qualified and professional Couples Counsellor and Sex Therapist. I have over 20 years experience working with individuals and couples. I work in Private Practice in Central London, offering relationship counselling and sex therapy from my base in Westminster (Victoria). I now offer sessions either in person or online with Zoom.
Working confidentially with the different issues and needs of each client, I help to explore the insights needed to facilitate change. My approach is always impartial, accepting and empathic.
I believe that we all have an intrinsic desire to have an intimate relationship. But sadly we often find ourselves confused and disappointed when what we had hoped for isn’t the reality we experience. Often this expresses itself physically in a relationship and I specialise in sex therapy for couples and individuals with sexual issues.
Through relationship counselling and sex therapy couples have the opportunity to understand what is going wrong between them and explore ways to enhance and change the ways they relate to each other. This process can be short term or long term depending on the needs of the couple.
Over the past 20 years as a relationship counsellor I have seen a wide variety of people for couples counselling and sex therapy from right across the spectrum of those who live and work in Central London. Sexual and relationship issues can affect anyone and I am experienced in working with people from every walk of life and background. I work with same sex and heterosexual individuals and couples.
Clients come with relationship issues ranging from making relationships to problems at different life stages including separating. Sexual issues they come to talk through vary a great deal but include loss of desire, erectile dysfunction and dyspareunia.
I am a fully accredited couples counsellor and sex therapist with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
My relationship counselling and sex therapy practice is located on Monck Street (SW1) in Central London and is within easy reach of Westminster, Victoria, Pimlico, Kennington, the West End and the City.
